56g Cinnamon Whey (2 scoops)
1 tbsp Argania Almond butter
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
2 mL CBD
One-piece Vibe Infusion Lavander calm bar
One-piece red apple
Prepare all the in one table
Soak 1 cup of chickpea for 1 hour. Use a deep container as they can expand twice their original size or you can use a canned chickpea that is immediately ready to use. (If possible soak them overnight)
